  • Precautions When Submitting a Grievance

    Precautions for Reporting and Submitting
    · Please provide detailed information regarding the grievance.

    Please describe the grievance based on facts in detail, preferably following the 5W1H principle, and attach evidence that can be used for investigation (such as photos, recordings, messages, etc.).

    · For fact-checking and notification of the result, please submit under your real name whenever possible.

    The identity, submitted content, and evidence will not be disclosed against the submitter’s will and will be kept strictly confidential.

    Types of Grievances

    1. Grievances related to workplace bullying & sexual harassment
    2. Grievances related to working conditions & treatment
    3. Grievances related to organizational culture & human relations
    4. Grievances related to personal difficulties
    5. Other grievances (work environment, facilities, welfare system, etc.)

    Submission Procedure
    · Submit → Submission Complete → Department Review → Process Complete

    (The processing time may vary depending on the content of the grievance or verification procedures, and depending on the nature of the grievance, it may be transferred to the relevant department.)

    Protection of Grievance Submitter
    · The identity and confidentiality of the submitter are guaranteed, and submitters will be protected from disadvantages or discrimination from business partners or affiliated departments due to statements, reports, or submission of evidence.

I submitted a grievance through the company’s grievance handling system, including detailed descriptions of the situation.

    Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information according to the Personal Information Protection Act

    1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information : Verification of report and notification of result

    3. Retention and usage period : Until the purpose of use is achieved
