Precautions for Reporting

· Please write the report details as specifically as possible.

Please write specific and factual details regarding ethical and compliance violations such as bribery, entertainment, convenience, embezzlement, information leakage, sexual harassment, and rude behavior by the company or its employees. If possible, follow the 5W1H format and attach evidence (photos, recordings, messages, etc.) that may serve as proof.

· For fact-checking and notification of processing results, please report with your real name if possible.

The identity, report content, and evidence of the reporter will not be disclosed against the reporter’s will and will be kept strictly confidential.

Report Types

1. Provision or acceptance of money, gifts, entertainment, or loans
2. Bribery and dual employment (conflict of interest)
3. Solicitation or unfair demands
4. Theft, supply embezzlement, or misuse
5. Sexual harassment or workplace bullying
6. Other human rights-related issues
7. All matters related to information security
8. Leakage of internal company information

Reporting Procedure

· Submit Report → Submission Complete → Related Department Review → Processing Complete

(Processing schedule may vary depending on the content of corruption or verification process. Depending on the nature of the report, it may be transferred to the relevant department.)

Reporter Protection

· Confidentiality and identity of the reporter are guaranteed, and the reporter will be protected from disadvantages or discrimination from business partners or departments due to testimony, reporting, or submission of evidence.
