Report and Submission Precautions

· Please provide detailed information regarding the report.

For ethical or compliance violations such as bribery, entertainment, convenience, embezzlement, information leakage, sexual harassment, rude behavior, etc. by the company or employees, please fill out the report based on facts as concretely as possible following the 5W1H principle. Please also attach related evidence that can be used for investigation (photos, recordings, messages, etc.).

· To verify facts and notify results, please submit reports under your real name whenever possible.

The identity of the reporter, report details, and evidence will not be disclosed against the reporter’s will and will be kept strictly confidential.

1. Bribery, entertainment, and receiving or borrowing valuables
2. Acceptance of bribes and dual employment (conflict of interest)
3. Solicitation and unfair demands
4. Theft, supply embezzlement, and misuse
5. Sexual harassment and workplace bullying
6. Other human rights-related matters
7. Matters related to information security
8. Leakage of internal company information

Report Procedure

· Submit report → Receipt completed → Related department review → Process completed

(Depending on the details and verification process of the report, handling time may vary, and reports may be transferred to the related department depending on the nature of the report.)

Protection of the Reporter

· The confidentiality and identity of the reporter are guaranteed, and reporters are protected from any disadvantage or discrimination from transaction partners or their department due to reporting, statements, or submission of evidence.
