There are three parts of lines. At first,
we have private machining assembly lines for T/M gears(passenger
gears). The second, we have assembly lines which manufacture
the T/M ASSĄŻY & AXLE ASSĄŻY for agricultural tractors. At
last, we have assembly lines for the reduction gear ASSĄŻY.
Especially, our lines are a moving type of tray as the HEARTH
ROLLER TYPE, so it is easy to change carburizing cycles. We
have two continuous types of carburizing lines. The quenching
oil tanks are being setted up as a structure of DOUBLE CHARGE
(cold or hot quenching), so they are able to control automatically
and do the PRESS QUENCHING at the same time.
To deal with the increased customer demands, we also have processing
equipment that is the GLEASON and KLINGELNBERG bevel gears cutting
machine. The equipment works lots of functions and high quality.
